RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing EuroGear products. Please take a moment to review our returns policy, carefully designed to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.

Cancellations:

We regret to inform you that all orders are final and cannot be canceled. This is due to the custom-built nature of our products.

Returns:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and show no signs of wear or damage.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for steering wheels with personalized logos or any special customizations.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the initial purchase.
  • A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, excluding shipping and handling fees.
  • Labor costs, including installation fees, are not refundable and are not the responsibility of EuroGear.
  • EuroGear is not responsible for any damage that occurs during installation.

Labor:

  • Labor costs (e.g., installation fees) are not included in the purchase price.
  • EuroGear does not assume responsibility for labor costs under any circumstances.
  • Any damage incurred during installation is not covered by EuroGear.

Warranty Policy:

We provide a 1-year manufacturer warranty on the Carbon Fiber finish of our steering wheels, protecting against heat cracks.

  • This warranty is limited and does not cover parts subject to normal wear or inevitable deterioration, such as Leather, Alcantara, or painted plain weave carbon fiber fading.
